SALES POLICY

Before You Buy a Boujie Bun… Please Read!
By purchasing a rabbit from us, it’s understood that you’ve read and agreed to all the terms laid out here (yes, this part matters!).
A few things to consider before placing a deposit:
Rabbits are a long-term commitment — think years, not months.
They require daily care, attention, and financial responsibility.
Please don’t buy a bunny just for your child unless you’re 100% ready to step in if the novelty wears off.
If your schedule is already packed (or about to be), now might not be the best time to add a new furry friend.
Take a little time to explore our website and do your homework. We want every bunny going to a loving, prepared home!

Reserving Your Rabbit:
All rabbits are first come, first serve — no holds without a deposit.
A deposit is the only way to officially reserve your bunny.
Final Payment & Pick-Up Details:
Remaining balance is due in cash at pick-up (unless you’re having the rabbit shipped).
If your bunny is being shipped, we’ll accept the final payment via Venmo, cash app, or Zelle.
Need us to hold your bunny past their go-home date?
$5 a day, until pick up, please touch base on this.
We’re happy to hold your bunny for up to 1 month past weaning if the final balance has been paid.
If pick-up is delayed past 7 days, we’ll need the full payment on day 8 to continue holding your bunny.
Time Frame Disclaimer — Because Bunnies Don’t Always Follow the Calendar
We do our absolute best to plan things out, but at the end of the day — animals are unpredictable (and sometimes a little dramatic).
If you’ve placed a deposit for a specific waitlist — let’s say the December list — there’s a small chance we might not have enough babies to go around. Sometimes a doe doesn’t take, a litter is smaller than expected, or a mama just decides she’s on vacation.
In rare cases like this, we’ll either:
-
Rebreed right away, or
-
Move you to the next available waitlist
Deposits won’t be refunded in these situations — but don’t worry, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of as soon as we have more babies available.
We Love Our Bunnies — And We’re Pretty Picky About Where They Go
Our top priority is making sure every Boujie bunny ends up in a loving, responsible home. If we feel that a rabbit won’t be properly cared for we reserve the right to refuse the sale.
If a deposit has already been made and we decide a home isn’t the right fit, we will refund your deposit in full — no hard feelings. It’s all about doing what’s best for the bun.
Our Boujie Bunny Warranty (a few conditions apply):
We offer a Conditional Warranty — but only for bunnies that are picked up in person from our home. We like to see where our rabbits are headed, and it gives you a chance to ask questions and meet your new fluff in person.
Heads up for shippers:
If you choose to ship your bunny, the warranty is void.
A vet-issued health certificate is required before any bunny flies the coop with transport (literally).
While we’ll do everything on our end to ensure your rabbit is healthy before leaving, shipping is at your own risk.
Vet Check Recommended!
We highly recommend taking your bunny to your trusted vet within 10 days of bringing them home. It’s a great way to make sure they’re off to a healthy start and to get them familiar with their new vet.
If a vet finds something wrong within those first 10 days, let us know right away. Depending on the situation, we’ll either offer a replacement bunny or a full refund. (We’ll ask for documentation from your vet, of course.)
What’s Not Covered:
We can’t offer refunds if:
-
Your family changes their mind later
-
Life gets too busy and you can no longer care for the bunny
-
The rabbit’s personality wasn’t what you expected
Bunnies, like people, are individuals — some are bold and bouncy, others are chill and shy. It takes time, patience, and bonding to bring out the best in them. That part’s on you!
